Alan Kennedy is the General Manager for WellHome in Tucson, Arizona. He has extensive operational experience in the home building industry having worked in home construction for 20+ years. He has constructed thousands of Building America (US Department of Energy) endorsed energy efficient homes in the Tucson market utilizing the Environments For Living building model. He received his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University. He is certified as a Building Analyst Professional through Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) and is a licensed residential and commercial contractor in the state of Arizona.
