CJ is a WellHome Advisor that has been in the construction industry for nine years. He has supervised the construction of over 150 single and multi-family homes and has performed numerous home renovation projects. Not only does CJ have a construction management background, he has hands on experience in many of the trades. After serving in the US Army, CJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from Appalachian State University with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Technology and a minor in Community and Regional Planning. CJ has had a passion for learning about construction practices, materials and techniques since childhood and looks forward to using his knowledge, skills and abilities to help homeowners have a more comfortable and energy efficient home. When he is not performing home assessments, CJ enjoys kayaking, fishing and spending time with his wife and daughter.
