John is a Wellhome Advisor with over 12 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial construction. Before joining the Wellhome team, John managed the construction process of well over 200 single family homes as a custom homebuilder with a highly respected Atlanta based home building company. He was also an onsite superintendant on several downtown Atlanta apartment construction projects. John is BPI & IRC certified and is a certified professional homebuilder. When John is not performing whole home energy assessments he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, traveling and spending time with his two young daughters and family.
