Kim Tower Is the Front Office Supervisor for WellHome in Tucson, Arizona. Kim completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Phoenix in 2010. She has been in the construction industry for over 17 years, working in both retail and the builder industry. She was a Office Supervisor for the Masco-BCG, Tucson office for 7 years where she gained knowledge and experience with the principles of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Her main focus is on process development and continuous improvement. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
