Consumers Energy Account Setup & Billing Access Instructions

• Log on to www.consumersenergy.com.
• Create a free online account, under the e-Services section click on “Sign Up Today” and follow the prompts.
• You will need:
  • Account number
  • Home address
  • Last 4 digits of utility account owner’s Social Security number
  • Email address
• Once registered, sign-in to your account.
• Under “My History” tab, click Energy Use to view details.
• Print Energy Use detail and give to Home Performance Advisor, or highlight screen, copy and paste into an Excel file.
• Then, under “My History” tab, click on Payment History to view details.
• Print Payment History and give to Home Performance Advisor, or highlight screen, copy and paste into the Excel file with the Energy Use information and submit the Excel file via email to Taylor@WellHome.com.
