During the Home Call Energy Audit, a WellHome Advisor will analyze your home by assessing the major energy producing, distributing and consuming aspects of the home. The analysis will give you a quick way to understand where your home can save energy, and what might be causing your comfort problems. The Home Call is free to any customer who is interested in improving the comfort and energy efficiency of their home.
Whole Home Energy Audits.
During the Whole Home Energy Audit, a WellHome Advisor will go into significant detail to measure and model your homes energy usage. The Whole Home Energy Audit can take up to 3 hours, and leads to a full report on your home’s energy systems. Often times, utility rebate programs for energy efficiency investments are tied to this type of rigorous energy audit. The Whole Home Energy Audit may require a fee, and is not available in all areas. Please inquire for more information.
